T & C Policy
The shipping options at the time of order are based on estimates and average or normal shipments and are presented for comparison purposes only. They do not include charges for insurance, applicable hazardous shipping fees, or additional charges for deliveries to an extended service area.Shipments by air will be charged at the greater of actual or dimensional weight.Some services are not available in all areas and some services do not accept all commodities.COD shipments are not allowed.  Shipments by mail will be tendered to the US Postal Service by 4 PM Central Standard Time each day.  Shipments made by US Postal Service will have no means of package tracking and it is not the responsibility of the company for their delivery. Some carriers will charge a fee if the shipping address given is not accurate or correct.Please verify the address you have given is accurate and correct to avoid additional charges.To assist domestic US customers, please refer to the US Postal website at www.usps.com and choose the Find a zip code link to verify your address is correct.Packages over standard size or weight or requiring special handling, such as Hazardous Materials, will result in additional charges.  In this case, actual charges will be determined based on exact weight and number of packages shipped or special requirements and the additional charges will be charged to your account.

Oversize or overweight charges may be assessed at time of shipment.Packages over 60 inches in length will be assessed an additional $5.00 USD handling fee. Packages over 84 inches length and girth will be charged at the greater of actual weight or 30 pounds. Packages over 108 inches length and girth will be charged at the greater of actual weight or 70 pounds. Packages over 130 inches length and girth or 108 inches in length will be assessed an additional $50.00 USD charge. Air shipments will be charged the greater of actual weight or dimensional weight. Dimensional weight is calculated as the total cubic inches of a package divided by a dimensional weight factor (domestic US is 194, outside US is 166). Some oversized items can be cut for shipping. If you think this might apply, please return to your shopping cart and include cutting instructions in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS portion of your order.

Hazardous items may only be shipped within the United States and will be assessed an additional hazardous shipping charge for each package containing hazardous materials. This fee, if it applies, will be added to the calculated freight charge.

Any additional brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or any other accessorial charges are the responsibility of the recipient.If we are billed these charges on your behalf, you will be billed these charges and agree to pay for these charges at a later date. To economize on the shipping costs, all orders are generally shipped complete unless otherwise advised by the customer.US Postal Service Shipment traces or tracking are very time consuming and unreliable.We cannot be responsible for shipments made by US Postal Service.

This selection will allow us to ship all in stock products to you immediately and backorder any items which are not in stock. Any Backordered items will ship the next day after they become available to us.  Unless otherwise instructed, we will Ship and Backorder (if necessary) to insure prompt delivery of all in stock items.

Orders for first time customers must ship to the same address as the credit card billing address. If your order is routed to management for approval, we will verify the address with the customers Credit Card bank. The billing address must match exactly before the order will be processed for shipment.
If the customer requests to ship to another address, we will first verify the billing address. If this address is correct, we will request that the customer call his bank and advise them that he has placed an order with us and that he would like it shipped to another address. The bank will then provide us with a release number and the order will be released to ship.If the alternate address is a hotel, we reserve the right to decline shipment until payment is received in full in advance.We reserve the right to insist that any first time order ship to a verified billing address only.In any case, the cardholder's signature may be required at time of delivery.

We make every effort to ship orders complete but it is sometimes necessary to backorder an item if we are out of stock.Backordered items are not charged on the invoice enclosed with the shipped items.They are noted as backordered and will be shipped as soon as stock is received.  Additional Shipping charges may apply.  Prepaid shipping on backorders does not apply to hazardous materials, oversized items or COD shipments.

Cash On Delivery (COD) orders are not accepted by the company. 

Payment by Personal or Company check is not available for product ordered through our website.  You may, if possible, order the same item through our parts sales department and pick-up and pay by personal or company check.  Please call for instructions and details.

We take great pride in offering our customers the lowest available prices in the industry. Many items will reflect discounts for various quantity purchases.Our pricing is updated daily and should reflect current pricing.Should there be any kind of price discrepancy we will notify you immediately.We will continue to do our best to minimize increases and offer all of our products at the best possible prices.All prices are subject to change without notice.

Although we update pricing on a daily basis, occasionally there may be a price discrepancy between the price online and the actual current price.If there is a price discrepancy, that we identify at the time we process the order, we will notify you by email so that you are aware of any changes.You may come across a product that has a $0.00 price or Call for Quote shown in the cost location.There is a variety of reasons for this. The part number may have changed and thus the price may not have been updated, the product may no longer be available or it could be a minor computer glitch.Please do not assume that we are giving the product away.  Normally if we are offering a product at "No Charge" the price will read "FREE" not $0.00.


All Returned Merchandise items must be accompanied with a valid RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number issued by our Customer Service Department. This RMA number is required for both returns and repairs. All RMA requests can be processed through the RMA section of our website.  All items arriving at our receiving dock without a valid RMA number are automatically refused.

After obtaining the RMA number through our RMA website portal, you will need to send the package to the address given to you at the time you obtain the RMA, shipping prepaid and insured.Please make sure to mark your package clearly with the valid RMA number to insure acceptance.No package will be accepted if it is shipped "COD", "Freight Collect", or "Third Party Billing".Please include a brief description of the reason for the return, even if you have previously described the problem when requesting the RMA Number.  Please be sure to inspect all packages up on arrival & note any damage with the delivery driver.  The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns unless we have shipped the product to you in error or if it was damaged by the carrier.

All merchandise being returned for credit or refund under the RMA policy should be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.  All merchandise is required to be received by us in re-saleable condition-packed in original manufacturer's box, complete with instructions and all components or documents (if applicable).A copy of the original order showing purchase or information stating the invoice number and date of purchase, with reason for return must accompany the Merchandise.Do not mail purchase information in letter form under separate cover.A 15% restocking charge may be applicable to all merchandise returned to cover costs involved in processing the return. Do not return any products C.O.D. as it cannot be accepted by our warehouse. Certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g. books, dvd's, videos, special order items etc). Call first for return authorization and instructions.


All claims for shortage or shipment errors must be made within 3 days upon receipt of the merchandise.
When a package arrives if it appears to be damaged or wet please follow these procedures:  If possible, please take photos of the package as received before opening and staged photos when opening the package.  These photos will be very useful in damaged shipment claims with the shipping company.  Notify our Customer Service Department of any discrepancies in the order. If possible email Customer Service the photos taken for reference.  If the merchandise is received in damaged condition or the carrier fails to deliver the entire shipment, make note of the damage or shortage on the Bill of Lading and ask the driver to sign it.Then call the terminal office of the carrier and institute a claim for the loss or damage.If a package delivered arrives damaged, report this to the delivery driver immediately. They will issue a report on the damage at which time a replacement shipment may be made. Open and examine all packages promptly.

Many companies discourage special product requests due to the time and effort required to find non-catalog items. We take another approach and welcome requests for non-stocked items.Please provide as much information as possible including make, model, serial number of aircraft and exact part number or product you need.We will research the item and respond back to you as soon as possible, generally within 72 hours.Once advised of current price and lead time you will be notified by email of our findings.  You may then place an order if acceptable. Special order items are stocked items and as such are non-returnable, non-cancellable orders.Our goal is to provide everything you need. If you do not find it in our online product selection, let us know and we'll find it for you.

Products sold are covered by and subject to the manufacturer's warranty policy.  In cooperation with the manufacturers we represent all warranties are manufacturer’s warranties and the responsibility of the manufacturer.  Our obligation under this warranty policy is limited to assisting you in any warranty claim with the manufacturer, and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost of repair or consequential damages of any kind in connection with the sale, use of or repair of any product purchased.Defective merchandise or out of box failure of product is repaired or replaced at manufacturer's option and only with their approval.

We have taken a number of steps to safeguard the integrity of our data and prevent unauthorized access to information that is maintained in our computer systems. These measures are designed and intended to prevent corruption of data, block unknown or unauthorized access to our systems and information, ensure the integrity of information that is transmitted during the sales transactions and to provide reasonable protection of private information that is in our possession.
For security purposes and to make sure this service remains available to all users, we use special software programs for monitoring and auditing network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise to cause damage to this computer system.We also use proprietary software tools to control access to specific applications and services and industry standard security software to protect data that is transmitted electronically.
WARNING -- If security monitoring reveals possible evidence of criminal activity, information pertaining to such activity may be provided to law enforcement officials.

Unauthorized attempts to upload information and/or change information on our website are strictly prohibited and are subject to prosecution under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and Title 18 U.S.C. Sec.1001 and 1030.
